			This is all very confusing as you are using Wikipedia stuff. Orkney is, as far as I know, an Area in Scotland Scouting within the Scout Association. All Scottish Areas are going to be reorganised in March into a much smaller number of Regions. I see not reason why the Orkney article can not stay here until then.
