The California Inland Empire Council (CIEC) is local council (#045) of the Boy Scouts of America. They serve youth in all of San Bernardino and Riverside Counties.

Council History
The Riverside Area Council (#045) was founded in 1919 as the Riverside Council. In 1927, the Hemet-San Jacinto Valley Council (#028) merged into Riverside Area Council (#045). In 1944, the council changed its name to Riverside County and Redlands, and in 1945 back to Riverside County. The Grayback Council (#024) was founded in 1945 as the Redlands Area Council. It changed its name in 1952. The Arrowhead Area (#048) council was formed in 1922 as the San Bernardino Valley council. Prior to adopting the name Arrowhead Area in 1933, the council was known as the San Bernardino District from 1923 to 1933.
CIEC was formed in 1973 through the merger of the Arrowhead Area (#048) and Riverside Area Councils (#045). In 1974 Grayback Council (#024) also merged into the new council. In 2006, the council acquired the San Bernardino County portions of Old Baldy Council (#043). The council territory includes all of Riverside and San Bernardino Counties.

- Gray Arrow District - Loma Linda, Redlands, East Highland, Yucaipa, Calimesa, Mentone, Forest Falls, Beaumont, Banning and Cabazon
- High Desert District - Oak Hills, Hesperia, Victorville, Apple Valley, Adelanto, Barstow, Wrightwood, Phelan, Lucerne Valley, Newberry Springs, Big Bear.
- Mt. Rubidoux District - Riverside, Jurupa, Pedley and Rubidoux.
- Old Baldy District - Ontario, Montclair, Upland, and Rancho Cucamonga
- Sunrise District - Coachella Valley and Morango Basic
- Tahquitz District - Temecula, Murrieta, Wildomar and Lake Elsinore! (Southwest Riverside County).
- Temescal District - Corona, Norco region.
Scout Units
All Scout units are located in the city of Alameda unless otherwise noted. For more information visit the District Roundtable.
Cub Scout Packs
Cub Scouts holds weekly activities for youth ages 6-10. Contact either the unit or it's sponsor to get more information back in 72 hours.
Scout Troops
Boy Scouts Weekly meetings / monthly outtings / annual summer adventure trips. Scouting builds life and leadership skills for boys ages 11-17. Contact either the unit or it's sponsor to get more information back in 72 hours.
Venturing Crews
Venturing hold weekly activities for youth ages 14-20. Most units are co-ed and have a venturing theme. Contact either the unit or it's sponsor to get more information back in 72 hours.
