I expect, as far as I could translate, that the web page https://scout.am does not lead to the intended organization but to a military-patriorgian organization that uses the name Scouts. On the site I cannot find any references to the National Scout Movement of Armenia - "Hayastani Azgayin Skautakan Sharjum Kazmakerputiun" who is an official member of the WOSM. there are also no references to the WOSM. my opinion is that the link to the https://scout.am should be removed.
