County and Area articles

I have started the process of copying the Wikipedia articles "Scouting in X", where X is a UK Scout County or Area, here. The list is in the template now at the bottom of the Scout Association page. A comment on Scotland - I gather that the large number of Areas are going to me merged in March 2008 to a much smaller number of Regions. I suggest we leave articles on the Regions until the good folks on Wikipedia, including myself, have sorted them out. I did move Scouting in Orkney but that was before I knew about the change. That article was in fact a deleted stub on Wikipedia. So, I will copy the England, Wales and Northern Ireland articles first and suggest that others respect this to avoid confusion.
