Newport Sea Base is boy scout maritime aquatic center operated by Orange County Council and serves scouts from across Southern California. It is located in Newport Harbor.

Orange County Council (OCC) (local council #039) of the Boy Scouts of America sponsors this unit. It is one of the 20 largest councils in BSA directly serving over 40,000 youth in California.
