This district is part of The California Inland Empire Council (CIEC), headquartered in Rdlands, California, and serves youth members and volunteer leaders through Scout units in both Riverside and San Bernardino Counties of California. It is a local council (#045) of the Boy Scouts of America. All youth are invited to join scouting.
