I come from Victoria, Australia and have been interested in Scouting for 60 years, although I have not been a leader for nearly 40 years. My last warranted position was Assistant District Commissioner (Leader Training) in 1970 in Lancaster, England. I was earlier a Scout Leader and a Rover Scout Leader in UK. I had both the Scout and the Rover Wood Badge.
