I tried to improve all that a bit, and to make it more similar to a ScoutWiki main page than to one of a small wiki with no users for BSA who wants to read some technical advice ... That's not yet good for use. I think we should drop the idea of all the page in a single table, and maybe stop having sooo much templates on it ... The goal is to make that page looking home-like and ready to direct you to loads of pages on very different topics.
