This brief description of the Diagonal Lashing should be removed, it is incorrect.

"used to bind spars or poles together that cross each other at a 45° to 90° angle" is incorrect.

The angle of the spars is not what defines which lashing to use. And since this is a "scout" wiki, please refer to BP's drawing of a simple trestle in "Scouting for Boys".
