Sea Scouts and Guides is a registered Voluntary Youth Organization. The National Headquarters of Sea Scouts and Guides is Located at Village Savadi, Taluka Athani, Dist. Belgaum, Karanataka. Sea Scouts in India also runs a school "NAVY School" at Village Savadi. This is the only school in India of its kind. The organization through the medium of Sea Training instills in school and college-going boys in the age group of 12-18 yrs, a sense of discipline, responsibility, character and fostering leadership through Seamanship, sailing and other related nautical pursuits.
