Scouting in Ayrshire is a part of the Scout Association in the United Kingdom, covering the Scouting Area of Ayrshire in Scotland. The Area Commissioner is Margaret Craik.

Organisation

Ayrshire Area is currently (2007) has three Scout Districts. As from April 2008 Ayrshire Area will be amalgamated with Dumfriesshire Area and Galloway Area to form South West Scotland Region as one of eight new Scout Regions in Scotland which replaces 31 Scout Areas.

Kyle and Carrick District

Kyle and Carrick District was formed in 2006 from Kyle District and Carrick District. The District Commissioner is Eric Johns.

North Ayrshire and Arran District

North Ayrshire and Arran District was formed in 2006 from Cunninghame North, Cunninghame South and Isle of Arran Districts. The District Commissioner is Stewart Durham.

Ayrshire East District

Ayrshire East District was formed in 2006 from Kilmarnock & Loudon and Kylesmuir Districts. The District Commissioner is Jack Leishman.
