General Sir Rob McGregor MacDonald Lockhart (1893 - 1981) was a British Indian Army general of World War II and an early Scouting notable.

General Lockhart served in India throughout World War II, including a spell as Military Secretary to the India Office, and later became Commander in Chief of the Indian Army in 1947 and served in the Malaysian Emergency. After the war he served on the World Scout Committee of the World Organization of the Scout Movement from 1953 to 1959.

General Lockhart was awarded the Bronze Wolf Award, the only distinction of the World Organization of the Scout Movement, awarded by the World Scout Committee for exceptional services to world Scouting, in 1961.
