The Monmouth Council is a local council of the Boy Scouts of America located in the state of New Jersey.

The council is served by the Na Tsi Hi Lodge #71
Na Tsi Hi lodge 71 was first chartered in 1951. It is currently part of the NE 5A section of the Order of the Arrow.
The original lodge 71 was chartered to Monmouth Council on October 5, 1933 with the name Ohowa, it went inactive & was disbanded in about 1940.
