A Gilwellian or Wood Badger is a scout who has succesfully taken the Wood Badge training. They are recognized with insignia consisting of the Wood Badge, 1st Gilwell Group neckerchief and woggle.

1st Gilwell Park Scout Group

All Gilwellians are automatically life-long member of the 1st Gilwell Park Scout Group. This group comes together every first weekend of september at Gilwell Park: the Gilwell Reunion. The 1st Gilwell Park Scout Troop has his equivalent on the southern hemisphere, called Victorian 1st Gilwell Park Scout Group.
