Camp Hi-Sierra is located in the Sierra Nevada Mountain Range. This camp is at notably high altitude, with the majority of its buildings standing at approximately 4,800 feet and the highest point of the mountain standing over a mile high at 5,300 feet. It is located in Central California and operated by the Silicon Valley Monterey Bay Council.

Camp Overview

Set in a historical logging camp, Hi-Sierra embraces this living history opportunity by immersing Scouts in a fully themed mountain man town.

The camp is used seasonally with 6 weeks of Scouting camp during the summer of 2019. Camp is available for rent by Scouting groups and outside groups. Facilities include a full service kitchen, variety of lodging for families and groups, a dining hall and large multipurpose fields.
