Andrzej Juliusz Małkowski (b. October 31, 1888 in Trąbki near Kutno - January 15, 1919) was a Polish Scoutmaster (harcmistrz) activist of youth and independence organisations, regarded as the original founder of Scouting in Poland.
To honor his name, his troop wrote a song about him called Na Polanie.
