Studentenscouting Nederland (SSN) represents the interests of the various student scout associations within the Netherlands.

As the name suggests, Student Scouting is a branche of scouting specially for students. Members mostly study at university’s and colleges and are over 17 or 18 years old. Some divisions have students from further education / community colleges (17+)

In 2025 there are activities in 14 dutch cities and there are several national events. Every year one of the active groups is organizing the Student Scouting Gala and most groups are participating in the annual ‘’ Studentenstammenweekend’’ (Student Scout Divisions Weekend)

Most student scouts in the Netherlands are active during the weekdays, members can so still be part of their own ‘home group’ in the weekends.
