A letter dated December 22, 1913 written by the Rev. Canon Thomas Cecil Alexander to Colonel Brownrigg in England (Assistant to B.P at that time) informing them about the establishment of the first Scout group in North Borneo.
This letter is still preserved in the Scouts' headquarters of Sabah.
