Nowadays, there is scouting in 155 countries. There is a very large diversity in scouting. Most of the Scouting organizations are member of the two world federations founded by Robert Baden-Powell : the World Organization of the Scout Movement and the World Association of Girl Guides and Girl Scouts. In a lot of countries, there is a small number of Scouting organizations which are member of the WOSM, the WAGGGS or the both, but in some countries, there is greater number of organizations including members of smaller international Scouting organizations. All the organizations of Scouting share the Scout method.
