Hermengildo B. Reyes was a Boy Scouts of the Philippines Scouting notable.
Reyes served on the World Scout Committee of the World Organization of the Scout Movement from 1961 to 1967.
Reyes was awarded the Bronze Wolf Award, the only distinction of the World Organization of the Scout Movement, awarded by the World Scout Committee for exceptional services to world Scouting, in 1967.
