A sixer is, in a cub scouts' pack, a boy (or a girl) who has been given the responsibility of a six. He wears two yellow horizontal stripes on his left cuff.
On the opposite of a patrol leader, who is really the chief of his boys, a sixer is not a real chief, as he is only aged 10 to 12, but more of a leader for games or usual pack activities.
