A Six is the name given by lord Robert Baden-Powell himself to the group of 6 boys who had to be similar to a patrol for scouts. The boy in charge of the six is called a sixer.

But on the contrary of a scouts patrol, the six has no independent life. The basis of the cubs' life is the pack, therefore the six has just to be used for games and other average cub activities.
