Persatuan Pandu Puteri Malaysia (PPPM, Girl Guides Malaysia) is the national Guiding organization of Malaysia. It serves 61,718 members (as of 2003). Founded in 1916, the girls-only organization became a full member of the World Association of Girl Guides and Girl Scouts in 1960.
Program
The association is divided in four section according to age:[1]
- Tunas Puteri (Brownies) - ages 9 to 11
- Pandu Puteri (Girl Guides) - ages 12 to 14
- Renjer Puteri (Rangers) - ages 15 to 19
- Kadet Puteri (Cadets) are girls trained for youth leadership.
