The Current districts are:

  • Battleground (at least 1969 to present)
  • Thunderbird (about 1964- present)
  • Twin Lights (1986- present, from merger of Great Northern & Chingarora)

  • Chingarora (about 1947-1986,area now part of Twin Lights)
  • Drum Pipe (about 1976-1980,area now part of Battleground)
  • Great Northern (about 1968-1986,area now part of Twin Lights)
  • Southern (about 1963-1974,area now part of Thunderbird)

Camps

Current Camps include -

  • Camp Monmouth, Shark River Hills, New Jersey (1918-1920s) a.k.a. Camp Minnewaska
  • Camp Burton, Adamston, New Jersey (1925-1928)
  • Camp Burton at Alaire, Farmingdale, New Jersey (now part of Alaire State Park) (various names using Burton &/Or Alaire (about 1920- 1940)
  • Camp Housman (now part of Alaire State Park) (about 1947-1955)
  • Arthur Brisbane Memorial Boy Scout Training Camp, Farmingdale, New Jersey (1946-late 1940s)
  • Camp Housman Training Center, Farmingdale, New Jersey (late 1940s-1967)
  • Monmouth Council maintained a presence in the vicinity of what is now Alaire State Park from the 1920's to the 1960's. It was used as a camp, headquarters, & the Scouts conducted as guide service in the park. The property was lent/ leased to the council by the owners & later by the State.

Lodge

The council is served by the Na Tsi Hi Lodge #71 Na Tsi Hi lodge 71 was first chartered in 1951. It is currently part of the NE 5A section of the Order of the Arrow. The original lodge 71 was chartered to Monmouth Council on October 5, 1933 with the name Ohowa, it went inactive & was disbanded in about 1940.
