Camp David Wortman is a rustic, wilderness BSA Summer Camp located in the Sierra National Forest, California. It is owned and operated by Sequoia Council (SC).

Overview

Camp David Wortman is located near the town of Badger at an elevation of 3,500 feet, adjacent to Hartland Christian Camp, 50 miles northeast of Visalia in the Sierra Nevada Mountains. It encompasses approximately 60 acres of heavily wooded land. There are 17 rustic style campsites along with some very scenic hiking trails and a small lodge. No phones or mail service available. This district is part of The Sequoia Council (SC), headquartered in Fresno, California, and serves youth members and volunteer leaders through Scout units covers Fresno, Madera, Kings and Tulare Counties. It is a local council (#027) of the Boy Scouts of America. All youth are invited to join scouting.
