Western Sahara, home to the Sahraoui Scout Association (اتحاد الكشافة الصحراوي) is one of 35 countries where Scouting exists (be it embryonic or widespread) but where there is no National Scout Organization which is yet a member of the World Organization of the Scout Movement. Scouting is being developed in Western Sahara with the assistance of File:Canaryislands.jpg Scouts from the Canary Islands.
